Introduction A biblico-historical revision of BC time demands a multi-disciplinary approach, especially with regard to the historical data provided in the Book of Genesis, with which this particular series is concerned. {The same will be found to be the case, later, for a necessary and satisfactory revision of AD time}. In order to do justice to early Genesis, one is required to revise, for instance, the conventional Stone Ages; the Archaeological Ages; the astronomically-based (Sothic) dating system; and the subsequent arrangement and sequence of ancient dynasties.
